Mr. MacDonald was a founder, board member and the CFO for CardReady, International, Inc., a large, enduring merchant service provider based in Los Angeles. Based on prior success in merchant services corporations, industry experience and desire to lead his own business, Mr. MacDonald co-founded Keystone Payments, LLC, a Los Angeles based full services merchant provider. Stacie C. MacDonald- A Fortune 500 corporate attorney
and lobbyist for over 15 years, Ms. MacDonald has an extensive background in financial and risk-associated
